This is the homepage of the 1st ASRC International Workshop - New approach to the exotic phases of actinides compounds under unconventional experimental conditions -. This workshop will be held at Advanced Science Research Center (ASRC), Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) from Feb. 16th (Wed.) to 18th (Fri.), 2011. This workshop will be also intended as meeting of the REIMEI Research Project “New approach to the exotic phases of actinides compounds under unconventional experimental conditions”. In this project, researchers try to find new exotic systems on international collaborations. Our target will be such f-electron systems as Ce- and Yb-based, U-based and transuranium-based compounds. The extreme conditions will be enforced on these materials by low temperatures, magnetic fields, and pressures. |
