Basic information
Workshop site: Congress Hall at the ground floor of ASRC-JAEA

JAEA shuttle-bus service
- Between the workshop site and the President Hotel in Mito during the workshop, the participants can take the JAEA shuttle-bus.
- Depart from President Hotel to ASRC
- At 8:00, On 16th (Wed.), 17th (Thu.) and 18th (Fri.), Feb.
- Depart From ASRC to President Hotel
- At 18:00, On 16th (Wed.), Feb.
- At 18:30, On 17th (Thu.), Feb.
- At 17:00, On 18th (Fri.), Feb.

- From Mito station to Tokai station, it takes about 20 mins by public transportation via JR-local train. From Tokai station to ASRC, no good public transportation exists but taxi which costs around 1200yen.
Lunch
- JAEA cafeteria opens only from 12:00 to 13:00. The cafeteria is just in front of ASRC. It takes 390 yen for a set-lunch, please buy lunch tickets for three days = 390 x 3 = 1170 yen at the reception desk.
- Around Mito station, you can find many restaurants. Please see also the page of travel information.
Banquet
- Banquet will be held at President Hotel from 19:30 on 17th. The banquet fee is 5000yen. Please pay the banquet fee at the reception desk of ASRC. All participates can take JAEA shuttle-bus to President Hotel from ASRC which departs 18:30 on 17th.
Payment and support
- There is no registration fee. If you take lunches at the JAEA cafeteria and participate to Banquet, please pay 5000+1170=6170 yen at the reception desk of ASRC. Financial support for invited speakers will be provided at the reception desk of ASRC. An announcement will be given during the workshop.
