REIMEI Workshop on Universal Features of Quantum Flows with Spin, Orbital and Tensor Correlations

February 17-19, 2020, Ibaraki Quantum Beam Research Center, Tokai, Japan

What's new

Introduction

The Workshop "Universal Features of Quantum Flows with Spin, Orbital and Tensor Correlations" will be held in February 17-19, 2020 at Ibaraki Quantum Beam Research Center, Tokai, Japan. This workshop is a part of REIMEI activities conducted at ASRC/JAEA, "Universal physics in Many-Body Quantum Systems - From Atoms to Quarks -". In this workshop, we would like to discuss physics that we can study by using spin, orbital (angular momentum) and tensor correlations. They include:

These phenomena should occur in various physical systems. This is the reason that we put "universal" in the workshop title, and we expect that people from various fields can join and discuss.

Program

Download PDF (updated on Feb. 14). We will have a workshop dinner in the evening of Feb. 17 (pre-registration needed). In addition, we will organize a poster session in the evening of Feb. 18, offering some wine and snacks. All the participants are welcome to come to the poster session and to enjoy wine!

Presenting posters

We will prepare poster boards, where one can put A0-size posters. The presenters can put their posters on the panel they like (we do not assign the place) during the whole workshop. The pins will be prepared near the panels.
